Pastor John Cappetto – Senior Pastor
Pastor John has been the Senior Pastor of FHC since 1987. He and his wife Carla, have been married since 1984. they have two children and 5 grand children. Pastor John has written two books, produced multiple music albums, and has been featured on TBN’s “PRAISE THE LORD” program with Dr. Jesse Duplantis.
Carla Cappetto – Administrator
In addition to being the “First Lady” of FHC and chief administrator, Carla is the founder of “Flourish”, a ministry to help women thrive in life. She also leads numerous prayer meetings every week.
DOMINIC SANDOVAL – EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Dominic has been a part of FHC for 10 years. He has served in the music and youth department and currently oversees many of the church helps departments as well as the operations of the church. Dominic is ordained by RHEMA Bible Church.
RACHEL SANDOVAL – ADMIN. ASSISTANT/STUDENT MINISTRIES
Rachel graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 2006. Upon graduating Rachel began working full time at Faith Heights Church. She is currently over the finance office and serves as Youth Pastor with her husband Dominic. Rachel is licensed by Rhema Bible church.
NANCY CAPPETTO – SECRETARY
Nancy has been with Faith Heights church for over 20 years. She is a member of our board of directors and currently works as church secretary.
SARAH AUSTIN – CHILDREN’S PASTOR
Sarah has been at Faith Heights church for more than 10 years. During that time she has worked in the Childrens Department and the Praise Team. She is currently the overseer of the entire Childrens Ministry (Infant – 5th grade)
GLEN MERRYMAN – MAINTENANCE
Glen is Carla Cappettos dad and has worked in the church for over 10 years. He is in charge of the building and the grounds, maintaining them with excellence.
TIMOTHY CAPPETTO – AUDIO ENGINEER
Tim has been faithfully serving in FHC for over 20 years. He is our audio engineer, ensuring that our livestream sound quality is top noch. He also uploads all of our podcasts and plays on the worship team.
NIQI WHITTLESEY – WORSHIP LEADER

HUNTER GALLEGOS – DIRECTOR OF MEDIA
Hunter is John and Carla Cappettos grandson. He has been serving at FHC since he can remember. He is the director fo media as well as the projection and camera leader.
EMILY SCHULTHEIS – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Emily has been coming to Faith Heights since 2014. She has been working as an administrative assistant since January 2022. She answers phone calls and questions at the main office and helps with administrative tasks for the leadership team. Emily also oversees our First Impressions teams.
